Brook Shard, alongside delivery partner Mason, successfully closed the investment opportunity in 3 Decora Drive Trust, an industrial strata development situated within the newly established Warner Industrial Park on the NSW Central Coast.

The project comprised the delivery and sell-down of a 22-unit industrial complex on an 11,700 sqm site, positioned directly adjacent to the M1 motorway. Located in one of the most strategic logistics corridors between Sydney and Newcastle, the property benefited from outstanding transport connectivity and development momentum.

The investment targeted a 28%+ equity IRR over a 12-month term.
