Brook Shard, in collaboration with Mason Group, successfully completed the capital raise for the 9 Tinnula Drive Trust, an industrial strata development located in the fast-growing Central Coast region of New South Wales.

The project involved the delivery and sell-down of a 16-unit industrial complex on a fully serviced site, with no zoning or DA risk. Prefabrication methods incorporating robotics and AI allowed Mason to maintain tight control over costs, delivering the build significantly under the market average.

The investment targeted a 25%+ equity IRR over a 19-month term.
